Founded by three friends with a passion for gastronomy, our restaurant opened its doors on April 12, 2022, with the aim of reviving the convivial spirit and culinary excellence that once characterized this place.

Our restaurant takes its name from this exceptional location in the heart of Lausanne, nestled between three of the city's emblematic squares.

Philippe Bozaldes, one of our partners, has been immersed in the restaurant world since his early childhood, inheriting Lyon's culinary tradition. Drawing on our experience and love of cuisine, we set out to revive this once-popular spot in Lausanne, known as Locanda, Jetlag, and then Tribeca.
